I completely understand that things come up! However, if you're unable to make your appointment, please try to let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
PAYMENTS
There is a $10 Non-Refundable Deposit
Forms of payment: Zelle, CashApp, or Cash
APPOINTMENTS
Please book accordingly when scheduling your appointment. If you notice a date with no available slots and would like to request a squeeze-in appointment, please DM my page or email me using the contact list above. I'll do my best to accommodate your request if time allows.
Be mindful of the services, add-ons, and special requests you select when booking. Communication is key; don't hesitate to speak up or ask questions during your appointment. Your comfort and satisfaction are always my priority.
LATE ARRIVALS
There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late without any communication, a $15 late fee will be added to your service total. If you fail to arrive or contact within that time, your appointment will be cancelled. Please note that your deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation due to lateness.

Please come fully washed and blow dry (THERE SHOULD BE NO OILS OR GELS)
If you are under the weather or sick please wear a mask or don't come (Communicate with me to see if we can possibly reschedule)
If you are getting a Barbie ponytail please bring human hair only
